Good methodology needs the right tools. We set up Jira and Confluence or SmartSuite so that planning, dependencies and progress are transparent for everyone involved. With our platform XISUITE you plan projects according to IPMA with Gantt charts, risks and baselines and keep track of all initiatives in the portfolio.

Agile, traditional or hybrid – what suits our project?
That depends on how clear the requirements are, how much they change and how your environment works. A hybrid approach often makes sense – traditional milestones for budget and deadlines, agile iterations during delivery.
Do you also take on project leadership?
Yes. We lead your project or support your project managers where needed – for example in setting up the project, in steering or in reporting.
Which tools do you work with?
With whatever suits you – often Jira and Confluence, SmartSuite or our own platform XISUITE with IPMA planning, resources and portfolio. We are happy to keep using your existing tools.
How does this differ from the operation model?
Project management steers individual initiatives. The operation model connects many projects and teams with the company goals – from goals and initiatives to epics and tasks.
How do we keep risks under control?
Risks are captured, assessed and reviewed regularly from the start. In Jira Cloud our risk management add-on helps with this; in XISUITE, risks are part of project planning.
