As part of our licensing advice, we first work out with you which products, editions and number of users you need. Our focus is on consulting, setup, integration, custom apps, training and support.

Is AmberTech Solutions an Atlassian partner?
No, we are not an Atlassian partner ourselves. We do, however, work with Atlassian partners who take care of licence processing, for example. Consulting, setup, integration and support for your Atlassian environment are handled by us.
How do we get our licences?
Together we work out which products, editions and number of users you need as part of our licensing advice. Licence processing is then handled by one of the Atlassian partners we work with.
Cloud or Data Center – which is right for us?
That depends on your requirements for data residency, customisation, integrations and operations, among other things. We compare the options with you, take Atlassian's current product strategy into account and support the migration to the cloud if you wish.
Can existing instances be merged?
Yes. We merge instances, support the migration to the cloud and modernise environments that have grown over time – with clear user and permission concepts for the new structure.
Do you also build custom apps for Jira and Confluence?
Yes. When standard features and apps from the Atlassian Marketplace are not enough, we develop tailor-made apps – our risk management add-on for Jira Cloud is one example.
Can Jira be connected to our other systems?
Yes. With Frends we connect Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management to ERP, CRM, production systems, external ticketing systems or in-house software – for example to sync customer data or take over tickets from other systems.
Can you also take care of day-to-day administration?
Yes. With managed admin services we look after the ongoing administration of your Atlassian environment. On top of that, admin and user training and change management help new ways of working take hold in your teams.
